Snowboarders from all over the world celebrated the second edition of CAMP GOOD TIMES by NITRO SNOWBOARDS from May 04th till 8th. 225 participants from more then 10 countries came to Snowpark Kitzsteinhorn to snowboard. Chinese, Americans, Germans, Swiss, Russians, Austrians, Italians, Frenchmen, Czechs, Romanians, Belgian, Swedes and Norwegians were there to have a good time together.
Almost the whole NITRO SNOWBOARDS family showed up including the two founders Sepp Ardelt and Tommy Delago, marketing director Andi Aurhammer and team manager Knut Eliassen. Also numerous distributors and of course the team with superstars like Marcus Kleveland, Elias Elhardt, Sven Thorgren, Marc Swoboda, Benny Urban, Dominik Wagner, Ana Rumiha and many more. They all had an amazing time with all the campers. Also 6 chinese snowboarders came all the way with the snowboard legend Wang Lei for a week to discover the european culture and snowboard scene as well as to shred the highest mountain and biggest snowpark of their lives.
The snowpark Kitzsteinhorn had an epic setup with tons of creative features and perfect conditions with sunshine during the 4 camp days. Numerous variations of kickers, hips, wallrides, rails, tubes, boxes and even the superpipe and the banked slalom were still present. As an highlight there was a kicker combo with an insane waterslide in the middle of the snowpark. Great sessions with outstanding snowboarding as well as a couple water dives happend there. In addition to lots of snowboarding with numerous photo- and filmsessions there was a chill-out area and good music. Every day there was a new spontaneous session, which was compiled by the pros along with the campers and the elooa coaches. In this context a big up to all the shapers who have made an incredible job. Oh, and also all participants had the chance to test the newest NITRO SNOWBOARDS from next season under professional advice.
In addition to snowboarding on the mountain there was always a super pleasant and cozy atmosphere in our accommodation the JUFA Kaprun. Everybody, whether pros, campers or coaches, have lived and relaxed together after the day on the glacier. Skate trips with Benny Urban and Dominik Wagner, football games with Knut Eliassen or table tennis rounds with Elias Elhardt are just a few of the activities. After a delicious dinner there was Champions Leaugue football, hockey or intensive video coachings with Elias Elhardt and the elooa coaches. On Friday we had a big BBQ dinner and a party with sound from DJ Smart and on the final saturday evening the best camper carving photo was voted. The winner took away a brand new Nitro Team Exposure Sbowboard by Lorenz Holder signed by all the pros.
All those moments and good times were captured as always at each elooa Camp by professional photografers and filmmakers like Lorenz Holder, Michi Lehmann, Carlos Blanchard, Alex Pfeffer and Daniel Limmer.
