From 21.05.-28.05.2017 the elooa CAMP GOODTIMES by NITRO SNOWBOARDS took place for the first time at Kaunertal. 250 participants from all over the world took part to shred Snowpark Kaunertal. Snowboarders from China, Canada, Russia, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Romania, Czech Republic, Belgium and Switzerland were there to have a good time together and to go after their passion for snowboarding. Including almost the entire NITRO SNOWBOARDS family with the two founders Sepp Ardelt and Tommy Delago, marketing director Andi Aurhammer and Teammanager Knut Eliassen. In addition to the numerous distributors and, of course, the team with stars such as Eero Ettala, Elias Elhardt, Alberto Maffei, Ludvig Bilthoft, Benny Urban, Dominik Wagner, Ana Rumiha and many more who had a mega time together with all elooa campers. With perfect conditions and 7 days of sunshine the Kaunertal conjured up an incredibly extensive and creative snowpark with everything that belongs to it. Numerous kicker variations, hips, wallrides, rails, tubes, boxes and many transitions. Between snowboarding, the participants were able to test Nitro Snowboards of the coming season for free and enjoy the camp Vibe with music and food at the park base. In addition to a lot of snowboarding with photo and film sessions there were daily sessions with campers and pros paired with plenty of tips and coaching from the elooa team. Also a big up to all the shapers, pros and coaches who have done an incredible job.
In addition to the snowboarding on the mountain, at the accommodation was always a very pleasant and family atmosphere. All present, whether pros, campers or coaches, have lived together and let the day end. There were skate sessions with Benny Urban, Dominik Wagner and Eero Ettala. In addition a round table tennis tournament and a football game camper against Pros and a party with DJ Kid Salute. On Friday there was an extensive video coaching for all campers and afterwards a slide show with the most beautiful pictures of the week. The best camper photos were crowned with a Nitro x elooa Limited Edition Snowboard! In the end, Saturday was once more celebrated. Music by DJ Smart and a Beer Pong competition was on the agenda which in the end the team France could decide for themselves.
All those moments and good times were captured as always at each elooa Camps by professional photographers and filmmakers like Lorenz Holder, Michi Lehmann, Markus Rohrbacher and Luca Crivelli.
