Last weekend we started together with NITRO SNOWBOARDS pro Eero Ettala at the Kaunertal glacier into the elooa winter season 2017/18. Five days with perfect conditions and bluebird were waiting for the 50 campers and Eero, the six elooa coaches plus one pro photographer and filmmaker.

After the Check In into the hotel on Friday the camp started with the Welcome Evening and an exclusive premier of the new NITRO SNOWBOARDS movie 28 WINTERS. Highly motivated we went on Saturday with the campers and the international snowboard stars up on the glacier. Snowpark Kaunertal was as usual in best shape with multiple lines of kickers, rails and boxes which guaranteed a super perfect start into the season. Numerous warm up runs in the morning and a photo- and videoshoot in the afternoon were on the program for the first day. On top all participants were able to test brand new NITRO SNOWBOARDS products of the season 2017/18 directly next to the snowpark. After an epic day we went back to the hotel with tired legs where a delicious dinner was waiting for everyone. After that we analyzed the videoshots of the day together with Eero and the elooa coaches extensively.

On Sunday was another perfect snowboard day with bluebird as well as a perfectly shaped snowpark and shredding with Eero and the elooa Coaches waiting. What more could you ask for? Everyone was super happy and of course hot to implement the tips of the pros and coaches. Incredible progression for all campers and tons of fun provided a perfect weekend of snowboarding.

From Monday till the final Wednesday we had a mix of fresh powder and sunshine so everyone had the chance to get more coaching, photo shootings and multiple runs with Eero and the elooa coaches at Snowpark Kaunertal. New tricks, happy faces, tons of fun and no injuries at all made our season opening just amazing. Everyone can start now perfectly prepared into the new snowboard season. We are so ready for Winter 2017/18!
