The journey begins after arriving in Calgary with a car ride on the Trans Canadian Highway to Banff in Alberta. With the view of the Rocky Mountains, we can attune ourselves to our trip in the beautiful town before continuing the trip to Golden in British Columbia on Sunday. From there we fly by helicopter deep into BC's backcountry to the probably most spectacular cat operation in the world. Over 200 square kilometers of terrain with runs up to 1000 meters in altitude and 200 km of snowcat roads. The high location, spectacular glaciers, alpine terrain, tree riding and runs between 3700 and 6000 meters in altitude will be mind blowing. To relax after long days of snowboarding the lodge offers hot tub, sauna and delicious food. After two days at Chatter Creek the Scenic Highway will take us through more breathtaking landscapes until we reach the ultimate powder resort: Revelstoke, a playground with runs for all riding levels, endless possibilities and top-to- bottom-runs with up to 1700 high meters to conquer. In Revelstoke you can use your chance to feel like Travis Rice yourself and cruise through his backyard with Eagle Pass Heliskiing. Far away from cities and people you will get to experience a special kind of backcountry adventure with more runs through untouched powder than you can count. Our accommodation in Revelstoke will be the Sudden Place Hotel directly at the ski area. A luxury condominium style hotel with jacuzzi, swimming pool, supermarkets and various restaurants all within walking distance. In the heart of the Revelstoke Mountain Resort we will really enjoy ourselves with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains of Selkirk and Monashee and offers the ideal setting before we start our flight home together from Calgary.
