Travel with us to the far north to Norway's second largest island Senja and experience a special kind of backcountry splitboard adventure with elooa Pro Guiding. Breathtaking landscapes of snow-covered fjords and peaks, unique splitboard tours with descents right down to the sea and culinary specialties with freshly caught fish await you! And with a bit of luck, you might even see the Northern Lights in the sky at night!

Senja gets a thick blanket of snow and offers us the unique opportunity to reach very challenging terrain with almost 1000m high peaks with very little effort. Countless couloirs and steep runs are waiting to be conquered. You should make sure that you have advanced snowboarding skills and experience of riding on steep and challenging terrain. In addition, equipment such as crampons and ice axes are mandatory for such missions. Together with our experienced snowboard guide Chris Schnabel, we will take you step by step into more challenging terrain and maybe we will manage to ski a couloirs that you will remember for the rest of your life! These tours can only be undertaken if the conditions allow for a safe ascent and descent. It is important that you contact us personally before the tour to check whether your snowboarding skills are suitable.

From Tromsoe we start in a small group with our van to our accommodation on Senja in Mefjord Brygge, about 2 hours away, directly on the fjord. Accommodated in a great vacation home with a fully equipped kitchen right by the sea, we can experience varied splitboard tours including sea views with our experienced guide Chris Schnabel over the next 6 days. In addition, there are various opportunities for boat tours and excursions on site before we head straight to the airport for the last night and return home on Sunday.
