From April 30th till May 5th we celebrated the elooa CAMP GOOD TIMES by Nitro Snowboards a completely successful season finale at Kitzsteinhorn. Snowboarders from all over the world traveled to Kaprun to have a good time snowboarding together. The visitors came from the USA, Canada, Austria, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Norway, Belgium, Slovenia, Croatia, Sweden, Finland, Belgium and the Czech Republic. 18 nations, 227 campers between the ages of 6 and 65 and hundreds of day visitors so that with 350 + guests a new visitor record was achieved. A unique spectacle in the best winter conditions with the finest powder but also lots of sunshine and an incredible area and Snowpark Kitzsteinhorn! The perfect end to the season with everything our sport has to offer and a renewed growth!
Origin, skin color, age did not matter then all have the same passion and lifestyle! Housed in hotels and campsite everything in best location and immediate proximity made for good times and the right Camp Vibe. For the 5-year anniversary and the return to the birth place of the event, there were also numerous novelties: A very special and exclusively for campers accessible snow park! Daily highlights on the mountain such as progression sessions with the Nitro Pros and elooa coaches to improve and push the individual skills. Photo and film shoots with International elite photographers, filmmakers and the pros! Just fun snowboarding in an extensive snow park with creative features! As always a free test with the newest Nitro Snowboards of the coming season including extensive advice. For lunch break and to relax you could overlook from the park base the whole snow park and reload the batteries at with hot dog, sandwiches, beer and soft drinks.
There were also some new highlights waiting in the valley: For example, the hotel Active by Leitners had its own miniramp in the main accommodation. For those who wanted to live rather low budget there was in the immediate vicinity a campsite and the JUFA hotel. Everyone present, whether pros, campers or coaches, have lived together and let the day fade away. Skating with pros, a football game Camper vs. Pros, a party with Beer Pong made for fun and entertainment in the evening. On Saturday, there was a video coaching session for all campers with their elooa coaches and numerous prizes and awards were awarded to the most impressive participants. For the grand finale, a live concert by the nitro band "The Almost Pretty Good Band" awaited all guests. The band consisting of the founders Tommy and Sepp, Marc Swoboda and Ives Ardelt and many more provided for party mood and an incredible atmosphere. Herewith a big thank you for it!
