Last weekend, all participants experienced an unforgettable splitboard weekend including catboarding support, splitboard runs and hot tub sessions at the elooa SPLITBOARD BASE CAMP presented by K2 in our dreamlike location in Maseben in South Tyrol.

Equipped with the brand new K2 X elooa Limited Edition splitboard Marauder and avalanche safety equipment from BCA, on Thursday afternoon we went up to the mountain hut at almost 2300m on the splitboard. This was followed by a descent down into the valley before we went exclusively back to the hut with a special cat, which served as the base for our tours over the next few days. After moving into the room and a great sunset, a delicious South Tyrolean 3-course menu and the first hot tub session followed.

On the following 3 days there was sunshine every day and ideal conditions to climb a mountain peak over 3000m high every day. After a panoramic lunchtime snack on the summit, a long run followed directly to the hut. A well-deserved dinner awaited us in the cozy snuggery, followed by more hot tub sessions, first at a glowing sunset and later under a magical starry sky.

On Sunday afternoon, after a delicious Italian pizza, it was time to say goodbye and review the wonderful weekend before saying unanimously: „Thanks elooa for the great camp and Servus until next time!“



Another absolutely unforgettable weekend came to an end and we are already looking forward to the next elooa SPLITBOARD CAMPS - maybe also with you!
