The winter season is just around the corner, and we warmly invite you to join us for the kick-off to an unforgettable winter experience! On November 2nd 2024, grab your boards and head to Kitzsteinhorn – let's enjoy the first snow together and experience a day full of action.

But that's just the beginning! In the evening, the highlight of the day awaits you: The Awakening at the historic Kaprun Castle. Presented by elooa and Nitro Snowboards, we are excited to offer you a top-notch event. Snowboard icons like Eero Ettala and Elias Elhardt will be there live. Eero will present his brand-new film project Milestone, and together with Elias, we will explore the questions: Where does snowboarding stand today? Where do we come from? And where is the journey heading?

And it gets even better: In a relaxed atmosphere, the band Watermoon will provide musical entertainment while you enjoy delicious food. Plus, there will be a raffle with exceptional prizes – the proceeds will go to a charitable cause, so you can not only win but also contribute to a good cause.

For those who want to extend their stay: We are offering an exclusive elooa CAMP around The Awakening! Take the chance to shred with us for an entire extended weekend at Kitzsteinhorn. Whether you want to improve your technique or simply make the most of the early winter, the elooa CAMP is the perfect fit. Experience snowboarding in a unique community, guided by experienced coaches, and, of course, have tons of fun on the mountain. It will be a day you don’t want to miss – from good times on the snow to inspiring conversations and a cozy evening with great music.
